The layout of Devara revolves around four uniquely crafted villages, each with distinct atmospheres that shape the film’s narrative. These interconnected locations are central to the story, influencing character development and key plot events. Each village is carefully designed to reflect its role in the unfolding drama, from emotional moments to visual storytelling. Villain's House: Concept Development
For Devara, two distinct concepts were created for the villain's house. After careful consideration, Concept 1 was selected and built upon an existing set location. This concept merges the original set’s structure with new, menacing architectural elements, creating a visually compelling and foreboding environment that perfectly fits the villain’s character.
Art directors Kortala Siva and Sabu Cyril led the transformation, ensuring the design enhanced the film’s dark, tense atmosphere. The final version of the villain's house, used in the movie, is a powerful example of how concept art brings imagination to life on screen.

Underwater Scene: Concept Development in Devara

For Devara, the festival concept for Shastra Puja involved extensive sketching and exploration of various design options. Numerous variations were created, with several selected for incorporation into the film. The final designs reflect the rich cultural significance of the festival, vividly portrayed in the movie, showcasing the attention to detail and creativity behind this important scene.



Climactic Showdown: Hero vs. Villain's Minions in Devara
In a gripping moment from Devara, the hero confronts and defeats the villain’s minions, showcasing his strength and determination. The concept for this scene features the hero triumphantly hanging the defeated enemies over a boat, symbolizing victory and justice. This powerful visual captures the intensity of the showdown, with the final execution reflecting the meticulous design and artistic vision that brought this climactic moment to life on screen.
